About Hannah Franklin, LAC, NCC

You Can Do Hard Things, But You Don’t Have to Do Them Alone

Therapy is a journey of empowerment and self-discovery. When life feels overwhelming, it is easy to get stuck trying to analyze our way out of it. My goal is to help you slow down and reconnect with your inner balance. I believe a strong mind-body connection is a vital tool for lasting peace, regulation, and healing.

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, trauma, family stressors, or difficult life transitions, I value a warm and collaborative therapeutic alliance tailored uniquely to you. I meet you exactly where you are, blending evidence-based practices with your innate strengths. We are all capable of so much more than we realize, and what feels like a roadblock is often just an invitation to reframe, pivot, and find a fresh perspective.

A Foundation in Connection & Growth

Before transitioning into clinical counseling, I spent over a decade in public education, working with individuals across all ages and stages of development from kindergarteners to young adults finding their footing. While I loved teaching, I realize I wanted to make a deeper, more individualized impact. My ultimate catalyst, however, was my own personal experience with the life-changing power of therapy. Experiencing firsthand how profound this work is shaped the clinician I am today and strengthened my belief in one’s innate capacity to overcome.

Originally from Ohio, I find my own balance and grounding under the Arizona sunshine. Outside the therapy room, you can usually find me lost in a good book, playing board games, or spending quality time with my family and beloved dog. Whenever I can, I get near the water to recharge and relax, that is my absolute happy place.

I would be honored to walk alongside you as you discover your strengths, find your balance, and step into your own empowerment. I look forward to meeting you, whenever you’re ready, I’m here.
