We all have the strength and resilience we need to overcome whatever obstacles life has for us. With over 12 years of experience working with children and families, I am passionate about what I do and truly enjoy showing up for you and your family. I value kindness, understanding, and humor. Sometimes a little laughter can go a long way!
I have extensive training in trauma-informed care and various therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Animal Assisted (equine) Therapy. I am also a Licensed Clinical Supervisor for other Associate Counselors here at Claibourne. I believe it is important to be flexible in treatment to meet each person where they are and develop an individualized plan to meet your needs.

As a true Arizona lover, I enjoy spending time with my family (including my two pups) and friends, trying out new restaurants around town, and exploring the outdoors with my husband and son. The desert is my happy place.

Natalie’s office is in Suite J-100, our children & family-focused counseling suite, which was built with bigger rooms and more adaptations for play-therapy techniques – including an abundance of toys in the front lobby.
