About Taylor Stringfellow, LMSW

You are worth it!

I am so happy you are here and thinking about starting your therapeutic journey! I am passionate about helping others believe in their worth and help them navigate the road of self-awareness, love, and acceptance. I believe that everyone deserves to experience self-love, confidence, and freedom from any challenges or struggles they are facing. You are most certainly worth a happy and healthy life! To me, the most important component of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. With this, my goal is to provide you with a space that is welcoming, safe, nurturing, and healing. We will work together to identify and address any challenges you may be facing. I know what it is like to sit in your seat as the client and I acknowledge how daunting and vulnerable therapy can be. I will support you every step of the way during your journey in therapy.

I work with teens 14+, young adults, adults, and couples. I have experience in working with individuals of all ages as they navigate through PTSD and complex trauma. I treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, as well as concerns relating to relationships, boundaries, self-esteem, and attachment. I utilize therapeutic approaches such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Arizona is Home

I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. I went to Arizona State University and got both my bachelors and masters degrees in Social Work. Outside of the office, I enjoy being with my friends, family, and my pup. I also love to travel and experience what the world has to offer! When it is cool outside, I love to take my pup for walks and be outdoors in nature. I am usually a homebody and love a nice cozy evening at home watching a movie or one of my favorite shows.

I am committed to being a support for you as you learn more about yourself and overcome challenges. I look forward to meeting you.
