Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – Insomnia (CBT-I)

CBT-I is an evidence-based approach that explores the connections between your thoughts, actions, and sleep. Using CBT-I, your clinician works to uncover and define the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are contributing to your insomnia and then apply the proper interventions.

CBT-I interventions may include cognitive restructuring, grounding and relaxation training, and providing psychoeducation about the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors related to sleep. CBT loves homework so be prepared for actionable items to help you work towards your goals.
