Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing is a method of therapy used to tap into the personal reasons or internal motivations that a person has for making lasting changes in their life. By discovering these personal reasons for why a person is seeking a change, the likelihood of following through and achieving desired results is much higher.

This technique allows the client to find their own truth and learn to approach situations/behaviors from a place of empathy and understanding, rather than judgment and shame.

Change is an inside job. We all deserve to find our “why” and motivation for moving forward.
