Our 3 suites are located in Hayden Park Plaza near the McCormick Ranch community of Scottsdale – easily accessible to those living within the greater Phoenix metro area and surrounding communities.
We have been intentional and thoughtful about each of our spaces to ensure you find a great balance of comfort, warmth, and privacy. Even our variety of snacks and beverages are brought to you with care in mind – from the fizzy waters that are good for grounding to the nut mix full off heart healthy omega 3s. All areas are meant to provide a safe and inviting environment to support your wellness journey.

Suite J-100 is our children & family-focused counseling suite with bigger rooms and more adaptations for play-therapy techniques.
Suite J-103 is our original suite which hosts our administrative staff as well as clinicians primarily serving adult individuals and couples.
We have a variety of therapists and office hours, including weekends, some evenings, and virtual therapy appointment options to suit most every need!

During your initial consultation call, the therapist you match with will let you know which office your appointments will be in. Our client care coordinators will also reach out to you via text prior to your first on-site intake session with a reminder as to which suite your appointment will be in. Please note that we also provide online counseling services, ensuring that support is always within reach!
